It was supposed to be a family affair — a chance for Kris Jenner to bask in her success, surrounded by the children she’s worked so hard to transform into reality superstars. But two of her three grown daughters were noticeably absent at New York’s Villa Pacri, where Kris celebrated signing a whopping $40 million contract for three more seasons of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, and In Touch has all the details!
“Kourtney was there with her boyfriend, Scott, but Khloé left abruptly before the festivities started and Kim skipped it altogether — even though she was in New York,” says a witness from the April 22 event.
The witness adds she was “visibly shaken and in tears” over Kim — and six-months pregnant Kourtney, 33, bore the brunt of her hurt feelings.
“She pulled Kourtney over and started a fight with her about how she was raising her little son, Mason,” the witness confides, adding that Kris’ once-agreeable daughter was clearly annoyed. “Kourtney was telling her to mind her own business. She said Khloé was right about how controlling Kris is.”
Already, Khloé, 27, and husband Lamar Odom have pulled the plug on their reality show — to Kris’ furor — and now it seems Kim is also pulling away from Kris. According to an insider, Kim’s contract as a spokesperson for Tao, Las Vegas is about to expire — and she’s negotiating a new one, without the help of her mom.
“She’s selling herself to the highest bidder, with a starting price of $150,000 per appearance,” reveals the insider. “She stands to make a million dollars, but she’s cutting Kris out, even though Kris negotiated her first contract with Tao. It’s interesting.”
